Abstract:
Combining the economic characteristics of the central plains region and taking advantage of finite element analysis, a digital virtual simulation experimental platform for the main shaft deformation of the turbine generator in the Yellow River water conservancy project was built. The platform uses Unity 3D to build virtual scenes, uses the domestic finite element analysis software Simdroid for simulation analysis, and provides a variety of interactive scenes and rich experimental conditions based on actual engineering parameters. Students can independently design load conditions. Through digital virtual simulation experiment results, they can understand the distribution and changes of stress and strain within the component, enhance the ability to conduct mechanical analysis of complex stressed deformation bodies, and strengthen their understanding of theoretical knowledge of material mechanics.
